Shipping
Where do you ship to?
At this time we only ship within the USA.
How long does shipping take?
Once I ship your order out, its usually just 3-5 days. I try for 3 day shipping just depends on the day of the week its being mailed out.
How do I track my order?
When I mark your order as shipped, you will receive an email stating your item has been shipped and will include a tracking number.
Returns
How do I return an item?
All sales are FINAL. As each item is made specially for you we do not accept returns. NO ACCEPTIONS. But if you have an issue with your order, please reach out by emailing the shop and we will work with you.
How long does it take to process my return?
We do not offer returns, but if something is WRONG with your order, please contact us by email and we will work with you on the issue after we have knowledge of what the issue is.
Can I exchange for a different item?
NO .. as each item is made at your request when you purchase, we do not allow returns or exchanges.

What is your TAT ?
my TAT is usually 3 days or less depending on your item. If we don't have your size we will order that day, so it could be a few days more, but we will always let you know if that should happen.
